The conference will be located at the beautiful conference center at the Courtyard Marriott in Columbia, Missouri. These facilities were recently renovated, are spacious, and have many amenities for guests at the hotel, including a chic lobby bistro, a pool and fitness center, and free WiFi.
Participants are responsible for their own lodging. Discounted rooms for the conference are available for $99 per night (plus taxes), and must be reserved by May 11, 2016. Participants who have registered for the conference will be able to communicate with other participants if they would like to find a roommate or a carpool.
The Courtyard Marriott provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the Columbia Airport (please make reservations with the hotel). For those driving, the hotel is easy to access off of Highway 63, near Interstate 70. Get detailed directions here.
